First one is the comments hack.
You can leave comments on other users and read other users comments about you.
Second is a new profile field...nicknames. This will be either above or below your avatar and will have your nick name...mainly for new members and such.

Only admins can do it. Go to admin panel, find the persons name then edit underneath the signature. |
