Full Name:Zapp Brannigan. He is the DOOP General. Zapp Brannigan is a 25 star General of the Democratic Order of Planets and has been responsible for several successful wars including a triumph of the pacifists of the Gandhi Nebula and his most famous - defeating the killbots in the octilian system.

Zapp is the classic male chauvenist. thinks he's the greatest thing since sliced bread, had his way with Leela and thinks that she should be drooling at his feet, instead she spurns him which makes him pursue her even more, what a waste. Also love his voice. If I had to choose between him and Fry, I'd take Fry, at least his goofiness and personna is real, not fake like Zapparooni.
