the message was good although it might annoy some people...but thats just my opinion!
Like the contact admins button!!! will use it just to annoy you!!!! LOL

I don't know what to do. 4 people don't want it to refresh, 6 people do, but those 6 are split into 3 gripus of 10 20 and 30 seconds.

erm..... 60 seconds might be appropriate, its regular, but you can always refresh yourself if you need to.
