Hermes Conrad is 25 years old has a wife and a kid. He is a 37th Class Bureaucrat. He is an expert limboist, so much so he represented earth in the 2980 Olympics but his competition was tragically cut short when a fan, trying to be just like Hermes, limboed too low and broke his back.
