If you have windows vista...reply in this thread telling what is bad about it.
My boss wants to know why its so bad because i told him that people have said really bad things about it.
I need details. Don't just say it mucks up your cpmuter...can you say how?

I don't have it, but from what I hear......
A. All upload/download commands must be authorized EVERY time
B. You lose all media downloads when installing it....and then must re-download them all
C. You must 'ask permission' to visit any new site
These are a few of the "security" features that it is already famous for. It's design seems to be primarily for parents who want to lock out or control their kids internet fun.....for business and adult personal use...it sucks. You can ddisable the security features if you wish, but then you have none....why even have Vista, then.
That's all I've heard....I could even be wrong n some points....hope this helps.
(Yes, I know the question was put to Vista owners......whatever!!)

New thing, make sure your internet supports Vista.
I installed Vista but there was no internet. Lucky I still had my old one. In the end I just formatted the computer.
