No more simsons for me :(

Sky have had an argument with Virgin and NTL....so they have taken sky one off...Damn them to the deepest pits of hell .....So that means no more simpsons, futurama, (lucky i have the dvd's) battlestar galactica, plus loads of other stuff i liked on there.....I'm sad

I hope they get penalised for the block of Virgin medias takeover of Itv and then realise the stupid mistake their doing by dropping Sky channels from Virgin medias tv package. I was watching futurama this morning now this evening I can't watch anytihng.

I mostly watch the sport channels anyway....I bet they bring it back..plus simpsons is on channel 4 sometimes...just old eps tho .....F**k sky...right in the ear!!!

I doubt it....sky would have an air tight prenuptial agreement....so you would get nothing...

i have freesat which is basically sky without the extra channels

I have a sky box hooked up..with no subscription...you get quite a few channels..but they're not that good...I mainly use it for the TV guide..as the one on NTL sucks.

thats pretty much what freesat is, we have a sky box with no subscription but we get a few extra channels too but not that much more

I have 900, but only 300 are video....the rest are music only ( no picture )

And there's STILL nothing on!!

It means that dvd's from america wont work in the UK and vice versa.......The US is region 1...UK is region 2.........and so on...it's to stop copying...Damn them.

how would they know where you got the dvds. cus if you played them on your computer how could they not work

Because even dvd drives on pc's have region coding....But you can change it...
