I think that Zapp has some of the most funniest lines in the whole show. I love how his skirt is so short too.

There is an episode, I believe it's the one where Zapp and Leela do the horizontal tango (although it may be A Flight to Remember), where Zapp and Kif climb a ladder. Zapp goes first, and as Kif follows, he looks up and cringes. I can only assume that's because Zapp's got no underpants on.

I remember that. Poor Kif most of had nightmares after that experience. That why Zapp need some pants! It was funny when everyone had to wear those skirts in that episode. Especially when Bender was wearing one. Why would a robot wear a skirt?
