Around 85% of members stick to the ranking system, so perhaps you should too. Its fun going thorugh them, just ask the members. You're not making a tit of yourself

I'd stick to the rank system but if you want to be a certain character just use a avatar of them until you get to their rank. Like I did with Bender. Also welcome to this twisted forum!
