Your only 2 years older than me, I still remember the 80s.

I am a Libra. I am still married.

Cant say it has been an easy marriage, we have split up a few times, I did almost divorce him (I stopped it). But we are still together.

Will be 10 years on 2nd Jan. We got married 4 weeks after we met - and no I was not pregnant.

I wouldnt recommend anyone rushing in to it like we did, I had only just turned 20, seemed like a good idea at the time. But it was hard work.

He took my surname too, just to be different.

Wow, who where's the pants in that relationship, just joking. That is very unique though, his parents must love you. 10 years is a long time, do you think you stopped the divorce because of your children. I'm sorry if I'm prying but I'm going threw a divorce myself.

No, I didnt stop it cos of the children, (we only had 1 then) it was almost final too, we managed to work things out.

He had a car accident almost 2 years ago, and has been left disabled (not wheelchair bound) I could have easily left, and he wouldnt blame me if I did, but hey, I love him.

His mum died 5 months after we got married, she didnt seem to bothered by the name change, as his dad left when he was 3 months old, he has never met his dad. (we just found out he died at the same time as his mum - spooky)

Wow interesting, well I hope everything turns out okay. I've been married for 8 years, it wasn't until this year that my wife just now discovered that it's impossible to change me. She wanted a fantasy and I wanted a career. We're still friends however.

So let me see if I can paint a picture of your situation, your husband is probably collecting disability and your helping out by working at home doing telephone support?

Your a strong person Susan, I don't think I could have endured that.
